We at HSS do not see our apprentices as mere tea girls/boys or office helpers for archiving and making copies. Rather, we feel responsible for providing them with substantial training.

This is what we spend a lot of time on. Training at HSS means: clear and comprehensive training programs, coaching provided by an experienced paralegal as main trainer and constant contact with international clients. For an effective and diverse training our apprentices run through all fields of a paralegal’s practice. We get you ready for successfully passing your final exam and it is our objective to then employ all apprentices for a perfect launch of their career. 

What we expect from our applicants is conscientiousness, a feeling for personal responsibility and commitment. We expect a good school leaving certificate (at least equivalent to the German Fachabitur or fachgebundene Hochschulreife), a good command of spoken and written German and English as well as confident handling of the common office programs.
