You will find our main office at Balanstraße 57 in the office complex Kustermann Park within about 10 minutes walking distance from Munich Ostbahnhof.

Coming in from the North on the A9:
Take the Mittlerer Ring ringroad towards Südosten/Messe and follow the B2R via Isarring, passing Richard-Strauss tunnel, Leuchtenberg tunnel, carry on along Innsbrucker Ring onto Chiemgaustraße. At Balanstraße turn right and after 1.6 km just before the railway underbridge turn right into the office complex Kustermann Park.

Coming in from the East on the A94:
At the end of the motorway keep going straight onto Einsteinstraße. At Mittlerer Ring turn left and follow the B2R passing Leuchtenbergring tunnel carry on via Innsbrucker Ring onto Chiemgaustraße. At Balanstraße turn right and after 1.6 km just before the railway underbridge turn right into the office complex Kustermann Park.

Coming in from the South on the A8:
At the end of the motorway keep going straight across Mittlerer Ring onto Rosenheimer Straße. After about 1 km turn left onto St. Martin-Straße, then turn right at the second junction onto Balanstraße. After 550 m just before the railway underbridge turn right into the office complex Kustermann Park.

Coming in from the West/Southwest via A96 or A95:
At the end of the motorway go right on Mittlerer Ring and follow the B2R in the direction of Süden/Zoo/Messe along Garmischer Straße, Heckenstaller Straße, Brudermühlstraße, Candidstraße onto Chiemgaustraße. At Rosenheimer Straße turn left. After about 1 km turn left again onto St. Martin-Straße, then at the second junction turn right onto Balanstraße. After 550 m just before the railway underbridge turn right into the office complex Kustermann Park.

Parking:
Having reached the gateway at Balanstraße 55, keep going left and drive through the underpass in the building. After about 200 m you will find our visitors’ parking area on the left. Our firm’s parking spaces are labelled accordingly. The entrance at Balanstraße 57 is situated opposite the parking area.

From Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) all S-Bahn (suburban train) lines as well as the Underground lines U4 and U5 take you to Ostbahnhof.

From the Airport take the S-Bahn (suburban train) S8 for the shortest route to Ostbahnhof.

Walking from Ostbahnhof it takes about 10 minutes to get to our office. Leaving Ostbahnhof station follow Orleansstraße to the left until you reach Rosenheimerstraße. Cross Rosenheimerstraße at the traffic lights and turn left walking along Rosenheimer Straße. Kustermann Park is situated immediately after the railway underbridge on the right-hand side. Follow the signposts via a footpath to Balanstraße 57.

Taking the bus from Ostbahnhof Kustermann Park is only two stops on lines 55, 145 and 155.
