Eva Saarmann provides comprehensive advisory services in the field of IP law, particularly for companies domiciled in the European Union. Doing so, a major focus of her activities is on national and international trademark and domain law. She offers client counselling in all stages of legal confrontation, from strategy consulting and extrajudicial representation, over office procedures and arbitration proceedings, to actions for injunction and damages. Furthermore, she also deals with copyright cases, unfair competition law and matters of work title protection.
Eva Saarmann completed her studies at Heidelberg University, concentrating on International Law and European Law. As a postgraduate, she worked for a Munich-based Copyright Law Firm before joining Hofstetter, Schurack & Partner in 2014. Following postgraduate traineeships in Munich and Brussels, she has been employed with Hofstetter, Schurack & Partner since her admission to the bar.
She speaks German and English and has a sound knowledge of French.
