Björn Stiegler studied electrical engineering at the University of the German Armed Forces in Munich with a focus on energy - and automation technology. In his thesis he dealt with the development of an intelligent accelerator pedal for motor vehicles, as well as the signal processing in the human body during an emergency braking situation.
Mr Björn Stiegler worked from 2004 to 2016 as a German Navy Officer and was mainly responsible for the navigation of submarines and supply boats. Parallel to his service, he studied nor economics at the University of Hagen. In his thesis he worked on an economic analysis of solar systems in Germany from 2010 to 2014. In a postgraduate course from 2014 to 2015, he gained insights into Intellectual Property law.
Since the beginning of 2016 Mr Stiegler has been working for Hofstetter, Schurack & Partner in Intellectual Property law.
Mr. Stiegler speaks German and English and has knowledge of Russian.
